A highly motivated marine professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Robert has worked in various maritime sectors, including diversity in employment positions, vessel types and industrial missions. His prolonged interest within the industry is secured by a personal drive to constantly improve existing designs and management systems.

Robert has an extensive experience as a Chief Engineer, Project Manager and in auditing/assurance processes that he has continued to develop throughout the years. His expertise led him to start McMarine Solutions Ltd in January 2019, where he currently works as Managing Director, while also providing consultancy/contractor services to the Offshore Oil and Gas, Renewables and Fabrication industries.
